Shale walk-in private beach turning to sand for swimming with kayaks and mooring available. Handicap accessible open floor plan with lots of windows. Home has all conveniences including stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, cable TV and Wifi. All dishes, cookware, utensils, bedding and towels provided.

Enjoy fishing, boating, swimming, kayaking and relaxing. Great central location for easy day trips to Lake Champlain Islands, Burlington, Stowe, Jay Peak, Plattsburgh and Montreal. Missiquoi Wildlife Refuge and West Swanton Apple Orchard and Cider Mill within a few miles.
