--Maximum number of persons limited to two(2) (no children) Inquire about possibility of 3 guests
--The two bedrooms -both have queen size beds with wonderful linens and pillows providing a comfortable and cozy space to sleep.
--Two bathrooms: master has en suite
--The kitchen is fully equipped with most necessary items.
--The outdoor patio is private and serene with plenty of sunshine or shade.
--Enjoy the modern amenities such as AC, WiFi, and a washer and dryer.
--There is one smart TV in the master bedroom and one Smart TV in the living room with cable. High speed internet
-- Street parking around the corner directly next to house
--There is a garage/office/flex space you may utilize.
--Guest will fill out a Rental Agreement detailing information about our house and your stay.
--Guests say our bungalow is great for walking to State St the Farmer's market/ 6 blocks to the Mission and Rose Garden/ SB Bowl for concerts and more

Great Santa Barbara stay

Beautiful bungalow in a quiet neighborhood, while still close enough to walk uptown. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio/garden! Patricia is a wonderful host with clear & timely communication. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect In Every Way

The house exceeded our expectations! Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the tasteful furnishings to the fully stocked kitchen and soft linens. Outside, the landscaping and outdoor space is immaculate. The location is also unbeatable—on a quiet street a few blocks away from shops, restaurants, and a park. Lastly, the owner is wonderful, kind, and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Barbara.

This is an historic district with older homes and is the perfect location for exploring Santa Barbara. It is close to downtown yet quiet and peaceful.

What makes this property unique

The 1925 bungalow still has some oringnal features with modern day upgrades. It is a great walking neighborhood and easy access to State St, the Mission and Rose Garden, Milpas and the Bowl.
