Conveniently situated near Montecito’s Lower Village, this completely updated 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse overlooks the Andree Clark Bird Refuge. 5 minute uber or drive to the Funk Zone and downtown Santa Barbara and only a short walk or ride to Butterfly and East Beach. All of Montecito's restaurants, shops and grocery stores up the street! Very quiet location with great views.
