Located in the heart of historic Fort Mill with convenient greenway access across the street. The space
We invite you to enjoy all the wonderful spaces we have created including a fully fenced backyard and fire pit area. From the beautifully remodeled kitchen and bath to the shiplap walls/ceilings throughout, this home offers many modern updates while still keeping the character older homes possess.
The proximity of our home to multiple hot spots in Fort Mill can't be beat! It's the perfect spot to have as a home base before walking over to the annual Strawberry Festival or a concert at the new amphitheater in Walter Elisha Park. Come back and enjoy each other's company on the back deck or around the expansive kitchen island. After a long day everyone can retire to their own king-sized bed for a comfortable and cozy night's sleep. Even your fur baby can enjoy themselves in the fully-fenced in backyard! We love pets but this home does not accommodate pets in order to keep the cleanest environment for our guests.
There is a $20 per guest per night additional fee for groups over 6 people.
Per city and insurance guidelines, we are required to request the full names and rough ages of all the guests staying at the property. Please be prepared to send that information over when booking.

John & Cat live locally and fell in love with Fort Mill, specifically this home. We're excited to host guests in this home and since buying it in March '24, we've been investing in updating the guest experience. Enjoy fresh paint, a redesigned space, 6 foot tall privacy fence surrounding the large back yard, just about everything is new from soup to nuts (dishes, utensils, bedding, all new)!
Why they chose this property
The downtown Fort Mill area is charming and it's easy to get to some major local entertainment attractions like Main Street or Kingsley. Or, jump on the freeway and head downtown Charlotte, about 20-minutes away.
What makes this property unique
This property is full of charm, established in 1950, the original bead board is preserved for your enjoyment (walls and ceilings). There are porches in front and back to enjoy nature. Across the street, begins the greenway path that will take you all the way to Fort Mills major park and Main Street area.
