Well, done, Sara and Tom. We really enjoyed our stay. You provided some of the things we value most: a well stocked kitchen, the fluffy towels, and comfortable bedding. We would definitely stay again. Nice rental! Thank you.
This house is very convenient to nearby locations and attractions but it tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It felt incredibly safe. The inside was spacious with up-to-date amenities. It was a home away from home.
Great location with needing to be at The Rock Hill Sports Complex all weekend. Loved the character or the house but with great renovations. Host was easy to talk to, no problem with check in. Beds were so so comfortable, would absolutely stay again.
My family and I enjoyed the house. It’s attractive—even has interesting art—and convenient. It doesn’t have a dishwasher, but that wasn’t a big deal since we weren’t cooking. I’d have rated it higher except for the beds. All of us had difficulty sleeping because the foam mattresses were squishy and hot, and the pillows were too big to get comfortable.
We really liked the property. Clean bed linens and towels were appreciated.
Some updated living room furniture would be nice, more seating, perhaps? Also, a bedside lamp or two instead of the very bright overhead fan lighting.
Was grateful for the iron and board. Porch tables were very precarious. Maybe a game or two, uno or Yahtzee.
But overall, we were happy with the accommodations.

The property was clean. But the neighborhood was not! First the house, the floor in the bedroom by the living room sags, there was a standing AC in the room with an exhaust out the partially open front window of the house with just foam in the open window around the vent. To keep the window with the foam around the AC vent from opening further there were screws in the sill. There was no dish washer, no stove vent. The advertisement said for up to 6 people. They supplied 3 glasses for 6 people. There were odd electrical recepticals standing out from the floor. The neighborhood was full of trash with junk cars next door. One of the houses across the very narrow street had its household waste water dumping directly into the storm drain through a makeshift series of bricks. The yard was overgrown. The living room furniture was covered with I'll fitting slip covers. The back bathroom floor slopes.
