House is less than a minute from the sand and beach. It is located within a sleepy gated beach community. Come relax and enjoy the great ocean view.

No matter the season, stay perfectly comfortable with the included A/C unit, providing a refreshing breeze in the summer and cozy warmth in the winter.

As you venture into the living room, you'll be greeted by a sense of openness and relaxation. Kick back and catch the perfect wave on our new smart 50" TV or simply enjoy the company of loved ones in this inviting space. The open layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining room, and kitchen, creating a fluid environment for shared moments and laughter.

Ascend a few steps, and you'll find the dining room, where a table set for four overlooks spectacular water views. The kitchen, adorned with surf-inspired simplicity, features a large fridge and a spacious gas stove with an oven—ideal for preparing delicious meals after a day of sun-soaked adventures. Basic cooking utensils are at your disposal, making culinary creations a breeze.

This one-and-a-half-story haven offers an easy flow between its various spaces. The outside terrace, living room, main bedroom, and a full bathroom are all conveniently situated on the same level, ensuring that breathtaking views and beach vibes are always within reach. Access the kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, and the second bedroom via a short, charming set of four steps, adding a touch of character to this surf-inspired retreat.
