Welcome to Eugene - Track Town USA
Welcome to our lovely Eugene home built in 2018. This house is in the Bethel neighborhood of Eugene which is very centrally located. You are only 10-15 minutes from the Eugene Airport, Hayward field, Lane County Event Center and McKenzie Riverbend hospital. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 4 beds, there is a swing set playground in the backyard perfect for the kiddos to enjoy. We pride ourselves on hospitality and providing a sparkling clean home with all the amenities a traveler would need.

-Primary bedroom has a double sink bathroom and king bed.
-2nd bedroom has queen bed and in the closet is a desk workspace.
-3rd bedroom has two twin beds and children’s books.
Each bedroom has a smart TV.
Laundry Room is for guest use.
The house is set up to host six, which means there will be enough dinnerware, towels, cutlery etc. For 6 people.
There is a small child's playground set in the backyard as well as a covered patio, outdoor table and chairs for outside enjoyment.
