Please heed this warning, no parties be permitted to maintain the peaceful atmosphere.

The Space:
Arrr! Our home features a self-contained apartment and a rooftop deck (not included), ensuring yer privacy while we reside nearby to guarantee yer experience exceeds expectations.

During Halloween and Christmas, our home transforms with festive décor, creating a treasure trove of memories for guests of all ages.

Guest Access:
We provide starter booty, I mean, toiletries and cleaning supplies for yer convenience. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water, Tesla charging station, Smart TVs with local channels and streaming services, high-speed WiFi, a gas grill, lobster pot cooker, gas fire pit, pack and plays, booster/high chairs, beach gear, and more are available. Other Things to Note:
To ensure a delightful stay, please adhere to the following house rules:

No Parties or Karaoke: Respect our tranquil waters by refraining from hosting parties or engaging in disruptive activities. Let's keep noise levels down to maintain serenity.

No Smoking: Smoking be strictly prohibited on the property.

Quiet Hours: From 11:00 pm onwards, please observe quiet hours indoors and outdoors.

Check-out Time: Departure by 10:00 am allows for thorough cleaning following enhanced COVID protocols.

Booking Account Holder: The Vrbo account holder must be present during the stay.

Cleanliness: Help us maintain cleanliness by cleaning up after yourselves, or ye may walk the plank!

Lost Belongings: Retrieve any left-behind treasures within 14 days of departure, or they be lost to Davy Jones' locker.

Additional Parking: Inform us in advance if ye require extra parking, especially during peak seasons.
