Thank you for your feedback, and I’m glad you enjoyed your stay overall. I’m sorry for the frustration you experienced with the air conditioning. The system does include sensors that require the sliding doors to be fully closed for the A/C to run. Because of the high humidity in Cozumel, this helps prevent condensation buildup that can damage the system and keeps it operating properly. I know that events across the street do sometimes create extra noise. When large celebrations like Carnaval are happening, the area can be a bit more lively than usual. In our digital guest guide we share a few tips to help with this, including using the Alexa sound system in the condo for white noise or sleep sounds. I apologize for us not resolving this issue quickly. Thank you again for staying with us and we do appreciate you sharing your experience.
