Lakeside 3 Bedroom Cottage - Kayaks, swimming and Spectacular Sunsets

Our 3-bedroom cottage in Alburgh Vermont is situated directly on Lake Champlain with gorgeous sunsets and ample room, inside and out. This is the perfect family get away to enjoy swimming, boating, fishing and/or relax on the lake. Our home has:

• Private beach area
• 2 Kayaks
• Canoe
• Deck with grill and Seating for 6+
• Portable Fire pit
• Outdoor sitting areas
• Front and back yard to play games

There's a large fully equipped farm house kitchen with open shelving and a large butcher block seating area to enjoy the sunsets, play games or prep dinner. Off the kitchen is a full dining area overlooking the lake. Choose from three comfortable bedrooms with queen size beds.

For chilly evenings the living room has a pellet stove, warm wood floors and natural wood accents. There's a large television with a DVD collection. Yes DVD's! This is place to totally unplug. A washer and dryer are available to use in the three quarter bathroom with folding area as well as a full size bathroom with a cast iron teal tub.

Built in 1940 as a camp this property has experienced multiple additions and has been winterized to be a four season home. It's situated on a shared private road. Our maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Children welcome! Sorry no pets.
