Bright and airy rooms with 9 feet ceilings, archway, walk-in pantry, some hardwood flooring. Lake views from almost every room. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs all with queen beds , full bathrooms on each floors, approximately 1,900 square feet of living space. Central heat, 2 fireplace stoves, high speed internet WiFi. Large bright kitchen with island. Newer sunroom with walls of windows, mainly used as a family room. Laundry area, screened porch towards the lake. Storage barn for your toys. 1.5 acres of private and intimate land secluded from neighbors, with gorgeous perennial beds and mature trees. 235 feet of westerly private pebble beach with sandy lake bottom. 60 feet of private dock, including mooring buoy for your boat, swimming platform, pedal boat, row boat, kayaks and canoe. A public boat launch is located within 2500 ft. Municipal golf course, Alburgh Dunes Park, St Anne's Shrine and its beach, all 10 minutes away, and other attractions to discover nearby. Welcome to the Champlain Islands.
