This huge home with a pool and deck is just 4 houses from Kailua Beach. Featuring an indoor/outdoor floor plan with a private courtyard and pool perfect for family entertaining. An extensive remodel includes open bistro-style chef's kitchen, upgraded baths, heated pool, expansive master suite, and a gym room. A truly wonderful retreat in paradise!

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
There are 8 furnished bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. 5 bedrooms have a queen bed each, 2 bedrooms have a king bed each, and 1 room has a full and twin trundle bed. All bedrooms have split AC units.

KITCHEN
There is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possible need from wine glasses to pots and pans. The kitchen has an open plan with counter seating and an opening to the indoor/outdoor dining area. We also have 2 refrigerators thanks to a guest's feedback.

DINING
The dining area has seating inside for 8 with large sliding doors that open to the outdoor covered lanai with more seating available. There are also 5 bar stools at the kitchen island.

LIVING ROOM
There is a large open living room with sliding doors that open to the lanai (patio). There is AC in the living room.

LOCATION AND ATTRACTIONS:
This home is located on the beachside of Kalaheo Avenue, a 2 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Kailua Beach. With miles of soft white sand, turquoise water and gentle breezes, Kailua Beach is a local favorite. Water sports such as windsurf, body board, kayak, paddle boarding and para sail are also available.

If you are up to a challenging hike, the Ehukai Pillbox Hike is just 2.4 miles away. It’s a 30 minute climb up to two military bunkers that overlook the North Shore coastline. The views are breathtaking! The renowned Koko Crater Trail and Hanauma Bay are also just 40 minutes away.

Covid Cancellation Policy:
If the state or county issues a 7+ day mandatory quarantine for all that affects the travel dates, you can choose between a 100% credit, a 90% refund or the VRBO refund policy. It is possible that the quarantine would only apply to a section of travelers that have not tested or tested positive for COVID-19. This is not the same as a mandatory quarantine for all.

Cleaning and Disinfection:
Your health and safety are our top priority. We are now following a thoroughly enhanced cleaning policy. Your accommodation has been thoroughly cleaned using SafeStay standards, an EPA approved, hospital-grade disinfectant that has been found to kill 99.9% of detectable pathogens. Your front door is then sealed with a tag and no one is allowed to enter till you do so with your access code. We want you to assure you that cleaning and disinfection is being done to the highest of standards.

This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for a period of 30 consecutive days minimum. There is no penalty for early departures so you can book for a shorter stay as agreed upon on the site. This is in accordance with city and County of Honolulu ordinance section 19-18. A 30 day rental agreement to be included.
