Lovely property in Cape Coral. Has a small beach within 5 minutes drive with free parking and you can walk into the hub of Cape Coral in 20-25 minutes where there are plenty of restaurants. The house is spacious, nicely decorated and has all the things you need for great holiday/vacation.

Fantastic Vacation Home – Highly Recommended!We stayed in this house in October 2026 and absolutely loved it! It’s even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything was super clean and modernly furnished. We had so much space and felt right at home immediately.The kitchen is very well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool area was amazing, and we really enjoyed having the grill. We also used the bikes to explore the neighborhood, which was a great bonus!The location is excellent and allowed us to see and do a lot in the surrounding area. We can 100% recommend this house and would love to come back!

Excellent rental! Very clean and spacious. Decorated beautifully. Great kitchen that was fully stocked. Loved closely to many restaurants. Location was very quiet and peaceful.

This villa was so spacious clean and homely! We were all very pleased with it!! Very comfortable, and all had a great time. The area was so quiet and peaceful! Ideal for relaxing around the lovely pool. But only a short drive from numerous shops and restaurant's. We hired a boat for fishing and visiting the beautiful islands of SW florida.! would definitely recommend a stay here!! Deserves a 5* rating

Clean, large, quiet walkable neighborhood

My family loved this stay after a few days straight in the Orlando parks. The perfect place to kick back and relax with great social areas, a great kitchen, and lovely pool/lounges. Easy communication with the host and any issues were addressed immediately.

Beautiful home!

This is a beautiful home! It has a fun, beach vibe to it and was very clean and spacious! The beds were very comfortable and they even had a pack n play for our youngest, which we really appreciated. We spent a lot of time on the lanai, and our kids loved the pool. They also had a nice dock that we were able to fish off of! We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property, Great Vacation!

This house is exactly as advertised and even exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We loved the neighborhood and the location. The house had plenty of space for everyone and the large pool area was a huge plus for our family! The owners were really easy to work with and very responsive to our questions. We really enjoyed this house. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be staying here again.

Great Stay – Would Definitely Return!

My family and I really enjoyed our vacation at this home! The house was spotless and very well maintained. Pool towels and extra linens were thoughtfully provided, which was a great touch. The kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked with plates, utensils, and everything we needed. The location was also perfect—centrally located and convenient to everything. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to rent this home again in the future!

I enjoy everything on this property. This is a very comfortable house. Very spacious, clean, and with everything you need. The pool area with the view to the canal was a plus. Also, the neighborhood is quiet and everything is near by groceries, beautiful beaches, restaurants, etc. The owner had a good communication and always answered right away to my calls. I highly recommend Magnificent Water Front Home in Cape Coral.

Wonderful home with Jeff and Noreen being extremely accommodating and gracious hosts. My wife and I spent the month of March 2026 there and could not be happier. Everything was as listed or better and we did not experience even one issue while we were there and we will be back in 2027. The amenities of the house were wonderful with the kitchen being fully stocked with everything you could ask for. The pool area was very clean and spacious as well as private along with plenty of options for seating. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms exceeded expectation. The proximity of the location was quiet with a very short drive to eating and entertaining establishments. Do not hesitate when considering renting this home. Steve and Karen
