Had a great stay with our two pups. Great area. Close to Waterville and local restaurants. House was in private area and the Yard was perfect for dogs.
My family and I had the BEST trip and this cute little place was perfect. So quiet and peaceful, just the sounds of nature. Great location and the Waterville Estates was perfect to keep our kids entertained. They LOVED the yard and fire pit, perfect for making smoked. Would love to come back here again! Host was easy to contact as well.
We loved our weekend here! It was during a heat wave and despite the heat, the fans and windows did a great job cooling off the place. Definitely head the warning about bears - we had one come right up to the living room window!

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
We absolutely loved our stay! The host was prompt in communication and the house was very well appointed and had everything we needed for the weekend. The area was calm and quiet and I even got to whip up some hummingbird food to refill the feeders and enjoy them.
Ammenities at the clubhouse area were great. Loved the location and everything the house had to offer. Spent most of my time outside on the porch or at the fire pit. Beautiful weather too.
The only reason I took one star off of a perfect rating for cleanliness was likely not the hosts fault, but the cleaning crew. The downstairs bedroom was giving me an instant asthma attack - so I suspected that the visually clean carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in quite a while. I used the available stick vacuum and started to vacuum the floor - ended up filling up the empty canister which completely resolved the issue. This is unfortunately a very common occurrence when a room isn’t used as frequently or there isn’t a policy in place that requires vacuuming after every guest regardless of apparent cleanliness.
Kitchen was tight but full of what we needed and we kept cool with no ac which was great.
I’d definitely say here again with my family!
