We stayed at the Forest Ridge condo for the month of January. The condo was clean, spacious, well stocked with everything we needed and the Kejjii, the owner, was extremely responsive before, during and at the end of our stay. The Loon mountain shuttle is steps outside the door and was very convenient to and from the mountain.

This was probably one of the best VRBOS I have stayed at the location was perfect. Close to everything, including stores and sightseeing, but also tucked away so there was privacy. The owner was so nice. He so responsive and thorough in his communication that check in was a breeze. There were so many amenities in this listing it had everything you needed. I would happily stay here again it was perfect for our family weekend getaway!

Great Spot for Family

Great location with easy access to the Kanc and Franconia notch state park. The house has all the facilities that one may need for a family and is very spacious. Nice quiet condo complex that I would recommend for families.

Property is beautiful. Clean which is first on my list ! Owner was responsive and checked in to see if everything was going ok. Everything you need is there and the unit is within a short distance of restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Excellent communication and service. Keiji made himself immediately available for whatever we needed. Location and layout of the condo is great. Plenty of room for two small families to spread out and relax. Proximity to local services and attractions was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent weekend in Lincoln

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Lincoln and were very happy with this Condo. Great first floor end unit . The proximity to Loon was super convenient. It is well appointed and comfortable . The owners were awesome to work with and always willing to answer any questions we had. We would definitely want to rent here again.

Perfect location

Great weekend celebrating a Birthday. Perfect location for snowboarding and skiing Loon. Close to shops, and restaurants. Communication with owner was great. Shuttle to and from mountain was helpful, as parking lots filled up. Beds were comfortable and the condo was equipped with everything we could need. Would definitely book again.

Perfect location and amenities

This is a beautiful, clean and well appointed condo. The location is within minutes of several restaurants and stores with some within walking distance on nice days. The shuttle to Loon (only 5 min away) is a real bonus, stopping directly in front of the unit. Aprés ski was wonderful in front of the gas fireplace, relaxing tired muscles. The hosts are responsive, helpful and welcoming. We all enjoyed our week in Lincoln and skiing Loon.

Fantastic condo for family getaway

Property was welcoming and clean. Well furnished and equipped. We did not utilize the swimming pool/health club passes this time but great to have them available to renters. This was our second stay and look forward to the next time. Keiji did a fantastic job communicating and checking in during our stay to ensure everything was going well. Excellent host!

Spent the weekend with my wife and her family (mom, sister, grandma). The space was large, family friendly and very comfortable. It was well-appointed with everything you need carefully thought out. Convenient location to downtown and easy access to highway. Highly recommend.
