A basement apartment with a queen bed in bedroom, a second bedroom has a twin bed and the living room couch folds out to a queen bed. The kitchenette has a fridge, hot plate, microwave and toaster oven, electric frying pan, small crockpot and a small breakfast bar with seating for 2. Please note that there is NO oven. Laundry room is available and SHARED with upstairs host, if needed, with notice.

This is a basement apartment in a quiet, safe neighborhood, I have lived here 31 years. I live upstairs with 2 dogs, and 2 birds, dogs bark, birds chirp, you may hear them from time to time. In the winter, contracted snow removal comes early afternoon, so be aware that if you are leaving early snow may be in the driveway.

For my purposes this was a great place to stay. I was in town for a family reunion and this apartment was very close to where I wanted to be. It was very convenient, the place was very clean, quiet and dark. There was no traffic noise, and no lights. Being in the basement made it very cool. Parking was right next to the house. The price was right. The host was very friendly and made several offers of assistance which we didn't take advantage of. The only one thing to keep in mind, is that it is a basement apartment and there is a set of stairs to get down to it, and out of it. But I would stay there again if I needed to be in Ogden.

The host was very personable and helpful. She made great recommendations. The only thing was the property was listed as a 2 bedroom but only one bedroom was available. There was also a musty smell that could probably be eliminated with a wall mounted plug in. I would definitely recommend staying there, The price was excellent.

Spacious and very comfortable living area in the basement for a solo traveler or small group of 2 or 3 in a nice middle class and quiet neighborhood. Easy to go outdoors from the house in the neighborhood or to nearby hiking trails, also near plenty of places to eat, grocery store and so forth. Host is very friendly and accommodating! Lives with two dogs but expected noise/activity of animals doesn't bother me, I live with two cats back home and I slept/relaxed very easily without any disruption when I was there.
