Sip your coffee with a sweeping view of the neighboring lagoon and the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, walk leisurely to the beach each morning, and spend your afternoons cooling off in the community swimming pool.

Queens Grant enjoys an ideal mid-island location, with beach access less than a mile down the road. Spend your days riding bikes on Hilton Head's incredible network of bicycle paths, practicing your drive, or taking advantage of the community's pool and barbecue area.

Coming home from your daily excursions, you'll be in awe of how much space awaits you. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a formal dining space, and a breezy living room where you can stream movies and set up board games at the coffee table. The deck just outside is a lovely spot for alfresco breakfasts, lunches, and dinners in the fragrant ocean breeze. At night, find three bedrooms with smart TVs of their own - a primary suite with deck access on the main floor and two more bedrooms upstairs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
