Echo Point is in a great location on the lake…quiet, low boat traffic and not far from Clear Creek rec area and Duncan marina. The house was perfect for us. Plenty of room and great view.

The house was large and the location was good. However, my family felt the pictures did not accurately depict the condition of the house. It is a little dated.
