Relax with friends & family at this peaceful Saint Augustine home. Surrounded by trees and a small backyard creek, this spacious house is in a very safe neighborhood. It’s only a few minutes' walk to the intercoastal Matanzas River and beautiful Shore Drive. The house is a short 10-minute drive to scenic Saint Augustine Beach and is close to many stores & restaurants. This 3 bd/2 ba house has 5 beds: a master suite w/ king bed, guest room w/ queen bed, kids' room w/ triple bunk bed (2 full, 1 twin), and even a folding travel crib. The garage has been converted into a game room and has ping pong, arcade basketball, air hockey and beanbag toss. Come stay in a quiet, tropical setting in the nation's oldest city!

No smoking / vaping / e-cigarettes indoors. Guests who smoke/vape indoors will be charged $500. DON'T FLUSH ANYTHING EXCEPT TOILET PAPER DOWN TOILETS!

We live in Saint Augustine, and we absolutely love it here. It's honestly like being on a vacation every day. The beaches here are beautiful, and there is SO much to do. They say people here spend about 70% of their time outside and only 30% inside, and we believe it. When you come to visit St. Augustine, we will do everything we can to make your stay here as comfortable as possible. It's long been our dream to host a vacation home, and now our dream has come true. For this reason, we will always do our best to take good care of our guests while they are here.

Why they chose this property

The Saint Augustine South neighborhood is such a fantastic location. It's quiet, surrounded by shade trees, right next to the Matanzas River, and of course, only a short drive to the beach and all the stores!

What makes this property unique

Under new ownership! Our home was fully remodeled in Nov. 2024, and virtually everything in it is now clean and new! The garden is full of beautiful tropical plants and large trees. We have awesome neighbors here, and it's a super quiet neighborhood. You can even walk to the Matanzas River right from the house! Take a drive or ride your bike down Shore Drive, and you'll quickly see why Saint Augustine South is one of the area's most beautiful neighborhoods.
