About this property

Four Seasons Residence Club at the Four Season's resort.

A luxurious Residence Club villa on the grounds of the exclusive and very private Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita.

Renters enjoy all the amenities of the Four Seasons Resort including pools, beach, restaurants, shopping, lazy river, fitness center, ocean activities, kids club and access to resort golf and tennis.

Elegant indoor and outdoor living space with private pool, outdoor BBQ grill and wonderful ocean sunset views. Two bedroom villas have almost 3000 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space. Larger three and four bedroom villas may also be available.

Fully equipped granite kitchens feature all top of the line appliances (Subzero/Wolf/Viking) and a full complement of utensils, plates, small appliances, microwave and everything you need to cook up a storm. Or, never cook at all as you have full access to Four Seasons room service whenever you so desire. Washers and dryers are also featured in all units.

The living room features a large flat screen television as do each of the units bedrooms. Free wifi, dvd players, iPod docking stations are also part of each units many entertainment amenities.




ADDITIONAL SERVICES
-Four Seasons Owners Services is available to assist in making your stay as pleasant and as easy as possible.

-If you wish, a pre-arrival specialist can contact you a month in advance of your arrival to help you make reservations at restaurants, book golf and tennis times, spa appointments, arranging local excursions or ocean activities, etc.

-24/7 Four Seasons Concierge will help you plan activities and answer any questions while you are in residence.

-Daily housekeeping services are provided free of charge.

-Grocery stocking service can fill your kitchen with food, snacks, cerveza, liquor and other beverages.

-In villa dining is available around the clock. A Four Seasons Chef can also custom create a meal for you and friends if desired.

-Laundry and dry cleaning services are available through the Four Seasons in addition to the washer and dryer already in your unit.

-Private car service to and from the PVR airport is available through the Four Seasons Owner Services.

Perfect getaway!

The 4 seasons condo was as lovely as the photos look with the lap pool and views. Would stay there again and recommend renting a golf cart to get around Punta Mita. Great location and perfect visit!

Stayed in the 2 bedroom residence club unit with family of 4. Nice unit with full access to Four Seasons amenities. This was our 6th trip to Punta Mita and did not disappoint. This is a wonderful property and the residence units are a great option when traveling with kids.

Fabulous!!

We loved our vacation at this four seasons punta mita residence. Brian was so wonderful to work with and responded so fast to every question i had. The property exceeded our high expectations. It was so beautiful, so clean, and spacious. We loved the patio with the splash pool. The four seasons resort is the nicest of any four seasons we have stayed before. The service was over the top. We will definitely be back and can’t wait!!

The listed property was great and located on the 4 seasons property. The only issue we had is we felt the hotel was under-staffed at times and may need a slight menu updating. No issues at all with VRBO process.

The property is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The unit we rented in the Residence club was clean and comfortable. Staff throughout our stay were friendly and accomodating. This was our 4th visit and will not be our last!

Great view from every room

My extended family stayed at this beautiful home for 7 days in February. We had great access to the St. Regis hotel next door and the owner of this home made every effort to make sure our stay was comfortable, safe and enjoyable. Watched the sunrise every morning from bed and the sunset from the bar on the rear patio. My first VRBO experience and it was a huge success.

We are a family of five and our three daughters simply love coming to our Four Seasons Residence Club property. We also have a full ownership villa in the El Encanto development of Punta Mita that we rent out (if interested in this property please contact us at the same email address listed within). We alternate between staying at our El Encanto residence and the Four Seasons' property. Both are outstanding as each has full access to all of the activities on Punta Mita. The women all prefer the Four Seasons while dad prefers the El Encanto residence. Dad hangs at the golf and tennis facilities. The women prefer hanging at the Four Seasons' pool. We get down to Punta Mita about four or five times a year. It is a pretty special place.

Why they chose this property

We used to go to Hawaii every year. In 2005 we discovered Punta Mita and we have not set foot in Hawaii since then. The weather is nicer than Hawaii's (rains too much in Hawaii), the people are friendlier and more polite, we think the prices are much more reasonable in Mexico and we like the food better. Also, we live in Chicago and Punta Mita is a non-stop four hour flight from O'Hare without any time zone changes. Hawaii is six time zones away and often an eight hour or more connecting flight. We hated the red eye coming home! Finally, we play a lot of golf and tennis and the courses and tennis courts in Punta Mita are every bit as beautiful as they are in Hawaii. Hawaii is great mind you, it is just that Punta Mita is better.
