Our family friendly beach villa is well stocked with everything you will need for a worry free family vacation. We have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, pool noodles and even a beach cart for the quick 8 minute walk to the beach.

Whether you're building sandcastles, enjoying a game of pickle ball, grilling under the lights, or unwinding poolside, this charming Destin escape makes it easy to create unforgettable family memories.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Rinse off sand & return beach toys, chairs, & umbrellas. Place back in brown storage container. You may leave beach items you have brought and do not want, and we can offer them to other guests.
*Place ALL the pool bands back in container on the counter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Hours enforced by Seascape Resort 10 PM to 8 AM Excessive noise, talking, music or partying on deck or patio is not permitted. Roving Security.
NO smoking in the unit, No vaping, No disposal of cigarette butts in landscaping on property. Must follow Seascape Resort rules.

What a fantastic find!

Perfect Beach Getaway - Clean, Comfy, & Close to the Shore!

My boyfriend & I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The condo was super clean, spacious, full of amenities, & exactly as pictured. It’s just a short distance to the beach which made everything so easy and relaxed - the parking lot across from Whales Tail is SO convenient. Communication was excellent, and check-in was a breeze. Loved how peaceful & cozy the space felt — truly the perfect home base for a beach trip. Would 100% stay here again!

Great Anniversary

We changed from Arizona to Destin at the last minute, and we could not have made a better decision. The Sand Bar was just as described, plenty of room for a nice relaxing time close to everything you need. Its close to the beach, but we prefer to go to the state park where it is less crowded, but its still a short drive. We'll be back there again soon. The host were amazingly responsive for the small issue we had with a light, didnt phase us at all. We can definitely recommend this cute condo for a nice getaway.

The beaches at the State park are nice but we love ours more and they are just a short walk away or you can park in our private parking lot at the beach. Great villa!

We had a wonderful time at the Villa. It was stocked with a lot of things we needed for our trip. The pool is very close. The pool wasn’t refreshing though- it was very hot. Hotter than the air temperature. The walk to the ocean is kinda far, but there is parking in the Whales Tail lot inside of Seascape which is where we parked to the walk across the street to the beach! Host was very responsive & helpful! We would definitely stay again!

Parking right in front under the carport and loading/unloading the car to the front door was only steps away. The carport also kept the car out of the hot sun all day. The kitchen had everything you could ask for and the galley style kitchen is just right for any cooking you decide to do. There’s a gas grill outside on the patio and grill utensils in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. Everything was clean and well maintained and it was all the little touches that made the difference. For example, all the light switches were labeled, no guessing involved as to what switch goes to what light. It seems cozy small from the pictures, but there is plenty of room for two or four people to live here for a week or longer as you get out and about to enjoy the area. If you decide to walk to the beach it’s a 15 minute slow stroll, or better yet a parking area right across the street on Seascape’s property steps away from the beach. The owner also provides beach chairs and an umbrella so no need to worry about such things if flying down for the week.

Welcome! We are Sandy and Leslie, two local sisters, that have been caretakers of The Sand Bar for many years and now we own it and want to share it with you. "The Sand Bar” beach villa is our dream come true. We are both artists and love local art and have decorated the unit with art and photography from around the area. We have added many little things we know families would enjoy too!

The beach is only part of it, Seascape offers Beautiful Pools, (the best one is at the end of our street) Golf, Tennis, Basketball, New Children’s Playground, Shopping, Dining, Ice Cream, Events and More!
Tennis Village is great. Our relaxed community within the Resort is a small area of private villas on charming streets that are lined with trees and beautiful landscaping.
The Pool and Tennis Courts are at the end of our street, just steps away! Whether you want to sit outside in your private courtyard with a cup of coffee or relax at the pool, The Sand Bar Villa is the Florida vacation you remember from your childhood. Come Make some Memories at The Sand Bar Villa!

What makes this property unique

The Sand Bar Villa is the perfect getaway! It is such a relaxing, peaceful place in a resort that offers so much. The Sand Bar offers both vintage "Old Florida" vacation pieces, with updated touches of modern. We want you to feel at home and calm and have placed many extras in the villa along with comfortable furniture you can snuggle up in. The kitchen has lots of extras so you can cook while you are here including spices, utensils, paper goods, and everything you need to make a great dinner at the house. The stove is original but cooks so well we could not bear to replace it and hope you will enjoy its vintage vibe as well! Our covered carport and covered patio area make us one of the few homes with shade year round for you and your vehicle and we know you are going to love the patio. Escape to The Sand Bar Villa soon!
