You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located fully remodeled garage apt in historic old Pasadena neighborhood !
We are less than 15 minutes from St pete beach & 10 minutes from Treasure island ! Local restaurants/bars , shopping mall , grocery stores, & a quick drive to downtown St Pete.
Enjoy the beautiful outdoor space (which is shared with owners who live on property and our dog Penny & a cat or two & laundry room is shared space) putting green , dining table ,outdoor TV & covered lounging area!
We have 1 dedicated guest parking spot on property.
