Perfect

We waren hier voor de St Pete GP. Lekker dichtbij het circuit. Rustige buurt. Leuk appartement en schoob, slaapkamers zijn wel klein. Zou er zeker weer terug gaan.

St. Petersburg Visit

The property is in a great location. We were visiting for an event at Vinoy Park. It was an easy walk to the park. The property was clean and quiet. It is a nice neighborhood and I enjoyed taking a walk around the little pond nearby. The pond is healthy with blue herons, many species of ducks, turtles, and friendly people out walking their dogs.

Weekend getaway

Me and a few friends came to town she a concert at Janus Live and this was the perfect spot. Super cozy and clean and just enough for a weekend.

Außergewöhnlich stilvolles Appartement

Gute Lage am Rande der Innenstadt in einem netten und gefühlt sicheren Wohnviertel. Alles so angetroffen wie beschrieben, sogar eine Flasche Wein stand zur Begrüßung bereit. Achtung: das zweite Schlafzimmer hat nur einen sehr kleine Kleidernische. Sonst perfekt auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Empfehlung: - Freitags ab 19 Uhr mal im nur 400 Meter südlich entfernten ältesten Shuffleboard Club der Welt vorbeischauen! - Essen und trinken: "The Bier Boutique" 200 Meter nördlich, gut und günstig!

Unfortunately Not Very Clean or Quality As Posted

Bathroom wasn't cleaned between guests- hair in the shower, dirty paper/urine in the toilet, toe nail clipping on the floor, dusty/dirty shelves. Reached out to the host and they said to put the dirty rag wherever I'd like, and didn't mention the nail clippings or hair 😵 Furniture just wasn't all that great- couch was dirty, sponge was super old, floors hadn't been swept or vacuumed, counter height chairs were way too tall so can't sit on them to eat or anything, and the place is much smaller than the photos let on (think they were taken with a wide lens)... Super unfortunate because the location and outside are was great.
