This property was very unique and comfortable. It was clean and in a great central location, walkable to many restaurants in mid OC. The host was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. It was perfect for our weekend girls trip!

Excellent stay! Highly recommend

Check in process & communication was easy and timely! House was clean and easily accessible to all local attractions. This was perfect for two families. Plenty of space to be together but separate balconies for privacy when desired. Would highly recommend!

The description of this property is misleading and the pictures shown for this property appear to be photoshopped. The shower liner in one of the bathrooms had black mold and soap scum, the toilet seat in another bathroom was not connected to the toilet, the “structure” surrounding the tub on the 3rd floor was not secured. It was Just sitting on some blocks. The “mattress” on one of the beds appeared to be 2 thin mattress toppers. We normally cook a few meals during our stays but due to the condition of the pots and cooking utensils we didn’t use the kitchen except for the refrigerator, microwave and the sink. The toaster oven was dirty and rusted inside, the drip pans under the burners on the stove were dirty, and the carafe for the coffee maker was stained brown.The furnishings in the living room and dining area were old and dated. The owner was notified about the toilet seat and a section of baseboard that was falling off the wall. The notification was acknowledged and there was no other communication concerning it.The unit was large enough to accommodate 3 couples but the condition of it put a damper on our vacation.
