Brick and Saltillo floors, radiant in floor heat, private entrance and large covered portal with lovely sunset views. One bedroom, open living/dining and kitchen, separate office and one full bath. Fully furnished including washer and dryer. Cooking utensils, dinnerware, linens and towels provided. All utilities and WiFi internet included. Off street parking in private compound. Queen sized bed and ample closet space. Long term rentals are available (multiple months) in a month to month situation.
