Place was beautiful. Thought it was 2 stories but it is 3, so you have to be ok with stairs. But it provides a lot of privacy with bedrooms on each floor. Host was very attentive.
Great Location. Great property.Plenty of room. Just a couple of minute walk to beach and a couple of minutes to Flagler (maiin street) for restaurants and night spots.
We are a long time Myrtle Beach timeshare family, but decided to try something new this year. We loved it so much we are already booking it again for next year. We are big fans of NSB and finding a place next to the beach as well as Flagler is a must. This place checked off all the boxes. We even had some family stay at the near by hotel and it was so close.
Had a great stay, plenty of room for everyone, the kitchen had everything we needed, and was walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants.

We were supposed to stay at Anna Marie island but the hurricane changed that so I found this place last minute and we all loved it. Very close to the beach and walking distance to everything. We had a great time and we loved or stay.
We had a wonderful time and there was plenty of room for all of us!!!! I would highly recommend this place!

This Townhouse was absolutely perfect!! More than enough room for 8 adults and 1 child. Perfect location for the beach, all the beautiful shops and delicious restaurants. I would totally recommend anyone to stay here and will absolutely be back if in Daytona again!!
Place was in a great location near beach and Flagler ave. The unit does have a lot of stairs but plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Place is fairly clean and appliances are new. Overall it worked for us and we would go back

This beautiful beachfront town home is owned by my personal friends who take great care in furnishing and maintaining their vacation property. I consider it one of my absolute finest rentals: Direct oceanfront, spacious, clean, open floor plan, sleeps up to 10;
I communicate with hundreds of vacationers and it seems we're always forced to decide between being close to town or being close to the beach. This property is by far the best opportunity to have both! You can literally park your car in the driveway and leave it there the entire week, and still not have time to eat at all the restaurants that are within easy walking distance, before your check out. And of course, there is nothing better than walking up from the beach to your own freshwater showers and a cold drink in the fridge, all within in a couple of minutes!
What tops this off as a perfect rental property is the way it has been furnished, as if you just stepped into the pages of Southern Living or Beach Life magazine! The pictures say it all, and you will not be disappointed. Just be sure to book for your return trip next year right away because once this place gets discovered, the schedule will surely be filled with repeat visitors!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. The property is on the corner of the "Best Beach in Central Florida" and main street.
From the front door you can walk towards the left and be at the beach immediately, or go straight half a block and be at Flagler Avenue for a morning cup of coffee, afternoon shopping, or an evening with dinner and later dancing at the clubs, or you may go right and be at the Intracoastal Indian River about 4 blocks away.
