Solar Sanctuary
Solar Sanctuary is the bottom studio apartment set amongst magnolia trees behind my house, named for the solar panels on the roof! The Bnb decor is everything solar-related; planets, stars, sunsets, sunflowers, etc! The effect is colorful and magical, from stars and Aurora Borealis projected onto the ceiling and walls to a palm tree strung with twinkle lights in the middle of the studio apartment! It is one large room with a kitchenette (no stove), and a huge projector TV! The studio is ideal for up to 4 adults, or 5 people if there are children. It is in a beautiful and safe tree-lined neighborhood around the corner from a couple of restaurants and an old-fashioned soda fountain! The studio is within walking distance of many more restaurants and nightlife towards UK, a pretty park, an arboretum, the Henry Clay estate with its beautiful gardens and walking paths, and UK's football stadium!

Why they chose this property
My husband and I grew up just blocks from our house, which is in front of the BnB. We obviously love the coveted neighborhood, with its safe, tree-lined lanes, central location and close proximity to restaurants, nightlife and the University of Kentucky.
