Perfect location, right around the corner from Rupp! The place was perfect and had everything we needed. Very well taken care of! Great communication! We loved our stay!
This is our third time staying here! We love the location, the quaintness of the place and the ease of check in and check out! Looking forward to staying here again!
Excellent on communication from host. Nice place for 1-2 people, especially if you want to be near downtown Lexington or UK campus. Very short walk to Rupp Arena. Quiet neighborhood. Small place but charming, clean and neat.
This apartment was quite and in a wonderful location. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Ten out of ten would highly recommend and will be returning whenever we are in Lexington.
Great hosts and very nice home. Easy check-in and check-out, as well as easy parking thanks to the parking passes provided by the hosts. Guests should be aware of potential for heavy arena-area traffic and plan accordingly.
Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access and parking. Perfect for a single or couple. Great location for access to Natural Bridge State Park and Red River Gorge and of course the many distilleries.
PERFECT location if you’re going to Rupp Arena! Such a short walk to get there. Loved that the house was on a quiet, historic street. You would never know that you were in downtown Lexington because the street was so quiet, no traffic. The apartment was perfect and had everything that we needed. We will definitely stay there again.
We're both Kentucky natives. Haviland is from Cynthiana, and John is from Lebanon. We rented an apartment in the house for several years and bought it in the summer of 2016 because we found it charming and also knew it would be challenging. It was in a state of disrepair when we bought it, and almost every area in the house had critical issues to address. We spent 18-months doing an intense DIY renovation to make it as inviting and comfortable as we can for our guests. We're still making minor adjustments and improvements almost daily, and it's become more of a passion now than work.

What makes this property unique
This home has many unique features, from the gingerbread moulding on the porch, to the hardwood floors inside. We purchased it from a friend who purchased it from a friend. We are constantly working to make it even better. Our favorite space is probably the backyard which is shared with all 3-apartments in the house.
