Very nice place to stay in Wapato that seems to have everything you need to have a great time. Great location at the point with a private pool and hot tub for the small group of town homes.

Great location. Close to main beach and miniature golf course. Great private pool. Some concerns: Showers have very slippery floors when wet. We had several near falls. Need non slip floor mats. Second shower has a ring of black mold between the tub and the shower wall. Water faucet temperature is much too hot. Could burn an unsuspecting person or child. Cleanliness was marginal. Some flatware was greasy when placed in the drawer. Trash and debris stored next to front door entrance. Patio furniture tired and dirty. Property shows lack of pride in ownership.
