Beautiful, four bedroom, 3 bath house located in prestigious Pirates Beach. With a master bedroom and two bedrooms with queen beds, and one bedroom with twin-over-full bunk beds (with trundle bed); this unique beach house easily accommodates two families, one large family or couples vacationing together! House built in 2005 with ~2500 sq feet. All NEW composite decking. All flat panel TV's.
Located near a quiet cul-de-sac approx. 2 blocks from the beach, it's an ideal getaway beach house with a limited Gulf view. This vacation house is bright and tastefully decorated featuring tile & carpeted floors and granite countertops in the large kitchen, and bathrooms. An open floor plan makes this house functional and perfect for entertaining. The living room boasts comfortable sofas (one of which is a sleeper sofa) and a remote-controlled fireplace. Open airy, walk-through kitchen with a long counter and numerous barstools. Dining area has large accommodating table. Full size washer and dryer are located on this floor.

One bedroom with bunk bed (and trundle bed) is located on the second level. Three bedrooms are located on the third level. Two of the bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds, with a shared bathroom. The bathroom has a separate sink, tub and commode areas. One of the bedrooms has cable TV. Master suite has king size bed, private deck, cable TV, large walk-in closet and private bathroom with separate shower and jetted tub.
Deck off of master suite has peek-a-boo view of the gulf.
Deck on second level runs the length of the house, and has chairs and table, perfect for outdoor entertaining. Featured in the living room, on the second level, there is a remote-control fireplace, large TV, DVD player, and high-speed wireless internet. Also DVR operates on all TVs throughout the house.

On the ground level there is a picnic table, charcoal barbecue grill, and beach toys.

Entire house is designed for entertaining and relaxation. Ten foot high ceilings on the second level. Bright decor, and lots of windows that let the invigorating sun inside. Just a brief time in this space will rejuvenate your spirits!

Rental Policy: Rental is intended for the quiet enjoyment of our guests. Minimum renter age is 25. The maximum number of guests is twelve. Pets of any kind and smoking are not permitted. Adults cannot rent properties on behalf of underage guests. We do not rent to prom groups.
Guests must comply with these Rental Policies and all subdivision restrictions.

SPECIAL!! 10% discount in the Low Season, for guests who book for one week during Peak Season.

There are two exterior security cameras located at the ground level.

Pirates Beach Weekend Stay

Lovely, well appointed, very clean home in Pirates Beach community. Was a perfect place for our family to stay for the weekend while we attended a Celebration of Life at the nearby Galveston Country Club. Large open floor plan with kitchen, dining area and family room with plenty of seating. Generous size bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant and Relaxing Getaway

We had a great time staying here. The house was as described with plenty of space to spread out. The walk to the beach was very easy. We appreciated being away from the main traffic of the island but also being close enough to get to restaurants and other activities.

Annual beach vacation

Lovely house! The arrangement of the house is wonderful for a large group. The large kitchen and dining area made meals easy and fun . Beach access is good and as always the beach is nice and people friendly. We used the pool at Galveston Country Club often and it was a lovely way to end the day.

This is a beautiful home. It is just as described. The manager (Anthony) was great, he checked with us to make sure we received the key information and once we were there he checked with us to make sure we were ok. The home is located in a beautiful community, with friendly neighbors and a great walk to the Gulf. The master bedroom jacuzzi was excellent. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Very nice beach house , great area

Spacious beach house, safe neighborhood, short walk to beach, maybe 4 mins. Local restaurants not too far away, some across street. Drive into city of Galveston approx 10-12 mins. Beds are comfortable, 3 bathrooms ! Need to bring own beach towels. Plenty of toilet paper was provided and paper towels. Nice bath towels. I would stay again !

Great location off the beach

The house is very nice and well kept!! The living space is nice and big and the house was well supplied!!! The area under the deck gets a great breeze and we were able to watch the fireworks from the tables under the deck!!! The neighborhood was great it was an easy walk to the beach! The beaches are great as they were not crowded at all! Not much to eat around us but we brought plenty of food! The main drag of Galveston is only about 15 minutes away but frankly the area was so crowded for the 4th we found this area to be a great get away

Plenty of space!!

Great property for a large family! We have 3 kids with their spouses and 2 grandkids. My father and step mother joined us which made for a safe and happy new year celebration of just family!! The only issue we had was the fog, but that was Mother Nature!! Anthony was a great host!

Short and Sweet Stay

We stayed in this property for a long weekend. Everything was fine for a short stay, but I would have been frustrated with the cooking dishes, skillets, pots and pans, etc. had we been staying longer. The cabinets and drawers need a good cleaning and kitchen supplies need to be updated as many basics were not available.

Lots of beach with a touch of mosquitoes!!

The property would have been so much better if we could have actually spent time outside. The mosquitoes were so bad we would run to and from the car trying to avoid getting attacked by the mosquitoes!! We easily drove and walked to and from the beach. The beach was busy, but not too overcrowded. The house had lots of room and was a great place to getaway!

Very good property and friendly host/owner. Easy to access beach within 5 minutes walk. Ideal to stay with family. Pros: Easy access to beach and a friendly neighborhood. Ideal to stay with family & friends. The master bedroom is good to see the sunrise and has private balcony. Cons: One of the shower in the second bedroom is not so great. The water flow on shower and in the tap same time. Need more clean and new utensils. Only two can sleep in the bunk bed. The third one mentioned below the one may not work. Please bring your own blankets.

Great stat

The one complaint would be that the tv never worked. It would lose signal every couple of minutes. The house is great and we absolutely loved the layout. We only wanted the tv for the early risers before 7am

Not too far from the beach

This property is lovely, situated about 3 blocks from the beach. The kids had no trouble finding their way back and forth to the beach. It is spacious. Although the home is showing some wear and tear (cracked tiles in the kitchen and base boards that need a fresh coat of paint) the living room, bedrooms, and baths are nicely furnished. The only suggestions I have is that we needed more towels, both bath and beach and a few more comfortable chairs might be nice in the living area (all that is available is a couch and love seat...in a house that sleeps 10).

Great house!

My family and I had a great time at this beach house! The master bedroom and bath is huge, and the master closet was as big as some bedrooms I've seen! Plenty of room for a large family for four to sleep in just the master! For people with a small baby, it's a great space for babies nap time...large enough for a pack and play and far from the noise of the downstairs activities. The living, dining and kitchen are all very open to each other, which makes it easy to visit and prepare meals. If you plan to cook much, I would recommend bringing some of your own cooking necessities. We brought plastic eating utensils which were a definite necessity because there weren't enough forks and knives. Other than that, we found the house to be quite comfortable and roomy! Very pleasant stay and we would consider renting again!

Lincoln Family Alzheimer’s Walk

The house has a big bright, open area with lots of seating. The kitchen has 2 counter spaces for working and serving. Loved the square dining table. Ac worked well. The bathrooms are a very nice size, not too small. Thanks! We greatly enjoyed our weekend in Gtown.
