Pets - fully house-trained adult dogs are allowed to a max of two and max 60 lbs each. No cats allowed. The pet fee is $100 per dog, per stay.

Service Dogs - Texas House Bill 4164 penalties for falsely representing an animal as a service animal is a misdemeanor punishable by up to a $1000 fine and 30 hours of community service.

Occupancy and Parking - For a comfortable stay and per the home rules, there is a maximum of eleven guests. An additional charge of $50 per night is charged for guests (including children) exceeding eight.

An additional fee of $100 per guest per night will be charged if the number of over-night guests exceeds the number on the reservation.

Although the home can accommodate parking for six vehicles, carpooling is recommended.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where the primary guest is a minimum of 25 years of age. Absolutely no parties allowed at any time. City ordinance quiet hours are 10pm – 8am.

Golf Cart Upgrade

Must book the upgrade before check-in day - full stays only, no daily upgrades. There are no guarantees that the golf cart will be available considering potential repairs and/or weather-related reasons. The upgrade will be refunded if booked and not available during your stay.

February 1 - September 30, an additional $75 per night plus booking channel fee (if applicable) and hotel tax.

October 1 - January 31, an additional $60 per night plus booking channel fee (if applicable) and hotel tax.

Additional Fees

An additional fee of $100 per pet, plus the standard pet fee, will be charged for undisclosed pets.
An additional fee of $200 will be charged for smoking anywhere inside the house.

Guests have access to the entire house except for the housekeeping closet in the bedroom.
