3 bedroom, 6 berth villa in Torrevieja on the beautiful Costa Blanca coast

Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 6 berth quad-style house in La Mata near Torrevieja on the beautiful Costa Blanca coast. It’s 25 miles from Alicante Airport and an hour’s drive from Benidorm and 35 minutes drive to Murcia.
It sleeps 6 people, including the 2 twin bedrooms and a master bedroom with a King size bed and a beautiful balcony view.
Outside is a huge private patio with a stone BBQ for those lazy sunset evenings.
The communal pool is rated as the best in the area with 3 levels- including a large baby pool with a jug fountain.

All bedrooms have wardrobes.
There is clean fresh bedding and towels in every bedroom.
If possible, on leaving, can you put all bedding and towels in the utility room please.

There is a new galley kitchen alongside the spacious living room which has a fridge, electric hob & oven, and ample plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. Alongside the kitchen is a small utility room with a washing machine. Clothes can be dried in no time outside in the lovely warm air.
The spacious living room has an L-shaped sofa with coffee table- a TV with a firestick with all SKYchannels and pay-per-view.
There is a downstairs wc with sink. Upstairs is the main bathroom with a bath/shower, basin and bidet.
There is air conditioning upstairs and down- operated by a euro-coin slot.
What most of our regular visitors say is the best thing about staying here is the huge private outdoor patio area- where we have tables and chairs, reclining beds and a fantastic stone BBQ.

The villa is on a private estate where there are locked gates all the way around- for peace of mind and security. You receive a key which opens all gates. The key holder is also the cleaner. She will take the keys off you when you leave aswell- leave her your number to arrange the keys handover.
The Villa has an outer shared gate with next door, which is locked overnight- you have a key for this, the front door of the villa and a separate key for the gates around the whole community- the same key opens all gates.
The air conditioning works on a €1 coin slot- which gets you 2 hours of air conditioning.

Minimum nights bookings:
January, February, March, May, September, October, November and December- we will accept short term lets of 3 days.
April, June, July & August- minimum booking is one week.
Check in is 1400pm and checkout is 1100am- but we are slightly flexible if given plenty prior notice.

The nearest beach is La Mata beach, which is less than half a mile away. There are fantastic beaches with some amazing bars and restaurants, less than a mile away.
There are also local bars near the house including a fabulous English bar called Hispanola (The Ship) owned by Jan- which has a varied selection of beverages and very tasty affordable meals including amazing breakfasts.

Parking is free outside on Calle Itaca. It is sometimes busy but you can always find a spot. Enter the community at any gate- the key works all gates

The blue fob to access the gate for the communal pool is in the living room on the cabinet. The photo is included in the main gallery. If this is lost, we will have to charge €100 to replace it. When Jane lets you in, the electric will already be on, the boiler will work automatically to give you hot water. The air conditioning upstairs and down works on a coin slot basis and is €1- we supply the first euro to get you started when you arrive. The washing machine is in the utility room with washing powder. Also there is an iron, ironing board and a hair dryer. Any broken glasses, cups or plates will have to be paid for- as we have to replace them. There are new grills for the outdoor BBQ but can we ask that you use tin foil when cooking, which is in the kitchen drawer. In the kitchen drawers there is cutlery, bottle and wine openers, T-towels, BBQ skewers and other kitchen utensils. Can we ask you to use the cutting board when cutting food please.
There are throwovers for the L shaped sofa- can these be left on at all times please. Any stains or damages to the sofa will have to be paid for.
There is spare linen, towels and beach towels for you to use in the conservatory adjacent to the main bedroom.
