Welcome to the “Marisol House” where every stay will fill you with warm memories of the beach breeze & the glorious sunshine! This house boasts a year around pool & an outdoor shower. This Luxurious build is a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath with an open concept living/dining kitchen space with a balcony view of the pool below. The well stocked kitchen includes everything you need to host a meal, new kitchen appliances include a gas stove, microwave drawer, dishwasher & wine fridge. The master bedroom is located upstairs with a spacious bathroom with a shower & a beautiful modern free standing, soaking tub. Also located on the 2nd floor is the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed & an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor with a single queen bed in one room with a twin over queen bed in the bunk room. Smart tv’s provided in each bedroom. A bathroom with a shower is located downstairs, as well as the washer & dryer closet. Parking space for 4 vehicles & boat parking is allowed.
You cannot beat the location of this house, it is walking distance to dining, shopping & the beach!
