The place was just digustingly dirty. We were barefoot in the apartment thinking it was clean butnour feet were BLACK after unloading our suitcases and settling in. The towels were very tiny and very old. Fortunately we had beach towels with us so I used them instead of her bath towels which weren't big enough for a kid. The silver wear was dirty. There was mold in thw showers. I will attach photos. Just don't go to this location if you like clean rooms and towels.
Broken. No toilet tissue holder.
Mold I wiped off the shower.

The room was super nice! Very convenient having a washer and dryer in the room, saved us from bringing a ton of clothes. Also super nice having 2 bathrooms so we didnt have to share with the kids. We had an amazing time and will definitely look to book again in the future.

Didn’t realize this was a Kids condo. It was very loud especially in pool area. The drink and food area was closed every time we tried to go there except one time and they were out of food. We had a good time and it was nice to get away.

Had some cleanliness issues but addressed it with the host and was contacted back immediately how they were going to take action! I do not believe it was the hosts fault, rather the cleaning company they are using!

We loved the view from the top of the building and my daughter made approx 5000 laps around the lazy river. However, we were not impressed with the cleanliness, lack kitchenware, and decor was 90s. Our railing was the only dirty one out of all the rooms on the 19th floor. But I wasn’t too shocked being it was the cheapest room I could find for that week.

We enjoyed our stay very much. No complaints here communication was great check in went smooth. We had the 6 of us 2 adults and 4 kids and it fit us great with GREAT VIEW! Got to even see dolphins swimming off our balcony. We definitely will be back and would love to stay here again next year for spring break!

Quick Get Away

Just needed a break from the winter at home and decided to come down for a few days. While it was a stormy and cooler trip than we are used to we still enjoyed our trip here at Splash. The pool area is unmatched, and the heated pool was very much a necessity for us to enjoy our trip.
