Everything was perfect and so many stops and restaurants within the vicinity. Beach is such a short walk away and the restaurant in front was a great addition to the gated community.

Overall nice place - nice walk to the beach. Kitchen could use a good cleaning and several updates. as well as more kitchen utensils. Master bath could use some updates. Served the purpose for what we needed.

The listing was clean and the beds were comfy. We were really looking forward to relaxing in a hot tub mentioned in the listing but unfortunately there is not one at any of the pools.

Unfortunately, it’s almost May now. So there are no hot water pools available, but there are 11 swimming pools that provide hot water during the winter.

It was clean, fantastic location, and nice host. my only “complaints” would be that most vacation rentals we’ve stayed at had board games or cards, we didn’t see any so we bought some and left them behind for the next family. My second complaint is the entrance for guests you need to mark on your GPS because if you type the condo location it takes you to the condo but you can not enter there. Overall great experience for a first time in PCB but I’m not sure PCB is for us.

We had such a great stay here! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The space felt welcoming right away, and it was clear the hosts put a lot of thought into the details.The location was perfect for us, close to everything we wanted to do, but still quiet enough to unwind at the end of the day.Communication with the host was smooth and easy from start to finish, which made everything stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation—and even some thoughtful extras. We especially appreciated the putt-putt clubs, pool noodles, and beach accessories, which made our time even more fun and relaxing. The location was great, and the house truly felt like a home away from home. We’ll absolutely be booking this rental again for our next trip!

Overall the experience was nice. The walk from the beach wasn’t very far. The rooms were clean and necessities like 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner were provided as well as soap. The products were about halfway full. We had plenty of bathroom towels and wash rags. All the showers had magnetic handles so it was easy to maneuver as well. All the tvs in the house had Roku you can sign into. The property did not have a hot tub but it did have a mini golf course. The mini golf course does have wear and tear but still useable. The laundry room had all the mini golf equipment as well as brooms and such for cleaning. Laundry Detergent was also provided.The only issues we ran into were not having a pan to cook cookies with. The toilets were also slow to flush at times. The host was kind and responded to most of our messages. I highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to take a trip in the area. The whole area is gated and provided beach access as well as a pool on the beach.

made for perfect vacay

home was absolutely perfect for our stay. very clean. and cozy! longest ive been able to sleep in in a long time. did not get to try amenities sadly but pools and mini golf looked well taken care of and gate staff and security were very nice and helpful. would definitely stay again.

Prime location

This was a great location and the space worked well for me and my 3 kids. Several pools to choose from including one on the beach. They also have a putt putt course which my son really enjoyed. The beds were very comfortable and it really has a homie feel to the place. Hopefully we will be back in a couple years and can use the space again. Owner is also quick to respond with any issues or questions! It took right about 5 minutes to walk to the beach, Walmart and restaurants are 1-2 minute drive. Super convenient location to everything.

Location and ease of access to the beach was nice. The rentals water in the shower is hard to adjust to a good temperature. Then once you get it to the right temperature it will turn cold. The rental has an older gas stove and when you cook on it the condo smells like gas for a while afterwards. The rental also is not equipped with any sheet pans to use in the oven. It needs some flat pans and maybe a muffin pan. It did have pots to use and some utensils. I had to purchase garbage bags, paper towels and toilet tissue as it did not have back ups available.

Gated community. Friendly gate staff. When you arrive at gate for the first time just tell them your name and the unit # and street your staying on. They'll give you a plastic card on a lanyard that you use to open the gate. You can also use it at the walk-in gate for beach access. Pools are accessible from the back of the units. Nice little ponds with turtles. Golf carts are welcome. 2 parking spots per unit. Trash bins are located on the street. Check out process is clear and easy to follow. An older community that is well- maintained!
