This turned out to be a great option for a visit to Lubbock. It's only about five minutes outside the northern edge of town, and then the Tech campus is just a few more minutes away after that. The listing was completely accurate and everything promised was provided. We didn't need the ample space and full kitchen, but it was nice to have. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great stay! Juan was a fantastic host with great communication. Our family stayed here for 3 nights in August while visiting Lubbock for a friend's wedding. It was a very comfortable & clean place to stay, surprisingly spacious for our family of 8, and only 12 minutes from where we needed to be in Lubbock. The outside of the home shows some wear, but the inside looks brand new. The air conditioner kept it nice and cool inside, while it was 100 degrees outside. We felt totally safe the whole time in this location. There is a fenced front yard that our kids enjoyed playing in. The yard feels semi-private because of several train cars around it, which gave it a unique feel.

We had a very short girls weekend in Lubbock and this place met our needs! While the outside is simple, the inside is very nice! We had plenty of room for the 4 of us! The kitchen is stocked and the bottled water was a nice addition. I’d suggest a few blankets for the living room for late night talks and/or movies! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay for a wedding weekend!

This was the perfect home base for us during our friend's wedding weekend! It was very comfortable, clean, and in the perfect location to feel like we were in the country, but still very close to everything we needed. Juan was a fantastic host as he was always very pleasant and quick to reply to any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful Stay!

The stay was a delight! The home is immaculate and welcoming. If you are a farmhouse style lover, this is the place for you, 100%. The home is not far from the city, either. Juan, the host, was a complete joy to converse with and made the process of renting simple and enjoyable. My family and I will definitely VRBO with him again, the next time we are in town.
