Communication with Emily was excellent. There were a couple of things that needed fixed due to the last renter and she got those taken care of quickly and kept us updated on the repairs. Garage was a little tight pulling in and out but was nice to be able to park inside. Was a little concerned about how close it was to the airport but never was bothered by plane noise.

Great place on the Springs

All of our needs were met. The property had the perfect amount of space and beds for our family for a weekend in the springs. The hot tub is nice, the deck scenic and the interior modern and clean. There is a grocery within minutes and the Korean restaurant nearby is amazing!! The home is about 15 minutes from Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs, a short drive in view of the lovely mountains. Emily was responsive to our needs! We recommend this place.
