One minute Walk to the beautiful heated pool or to the amazing beach with turquoise waters, soft sugary sand and the most stunning sunsets possible. Fully appointed kitchen with full size refrigerator with ice maker, queen bed, 3 cushion sofa, and full size futon, Cable, high speed Wi-Fi, and beach equipment including 2 backpack beach chairs, rolling cooler, coozies, and beach wagon. This unit is equipped with Impact resistant windows. Luxury Vinyl Flooring was recently added. The shower has a grab bar for safety. The Futon is located in a separate space for privacy if needed. Short walk to numerous restaurants, shopping, nightlife, festivals and markets. Must be 25+ to rent
