For our returning guests enjoy the comfy experience you have come to love.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put dishes in the dishwasher and run a basic cycle and if dry or put them away.
Put all trash in the kitchen before you leave.
Put used bathroom towels and wash cloths in Basement Bathroom
Strip any used beds and place sheets and pillow cases by the bedroom doors.
Leave Pillows and comforters on the beds.
Ensure the fire is out and the flue/damper is closed in the wood burning stove.
Winter Return HVAC to 65 degrees and on. (Summer off)
Lock the back door (the door knob and deadbolt).
Be sure to hit the “lock” icon on the e-lock on the front door upon your departure day by 11 AM.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Laramie holds a special place in my heart as it is both where I met my husband, we graduated from UW and welcome our first child.
