House was clean, and in a good location, however the description was a bit off on amount of people it sleeps. The post says it sleeps 12. There are six beds, so that assumes two people per bed. Two of the beds included of the 12 were a bunk beds that were not sturdy (maybe for kids). The two guys that slept in the bunk beds said every time the other person moved it shook the whole bed. We had seven guys. Instead of one guy sleeping on the floor, he chose to stay at a hotel with a fellow coworker.
