Luxury Penthouse apartment Paris with glass rooftop, 6/7 guests
With a private-access key elevator, this unique penthouse home is on the top floor of a prestigious Haussmann building, in the elegant 8th arrondissement. Modern, light-filled with glass roof, metal beams and exposed original oak beams. Eclectic art collection, designer furniture, Sonos sound. The great room is an open-concept kitchen - dining room- living room and TV room filled with light flooding in and offering views of the Parisian skyline. 3 bedrooms (including a master suite). The dining-room table can seat up to 10 guests, served by a kitchen that is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. From the great room go to the apartment’s “night area,” with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A master suite includes a king-size bed, flat-curved TV screen, freestanding Corian bathtub, double sinks, walk-in rain shower with massage jets, toilet and bidet. A second bedroom has a king-size bed, and a third bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a small mezzanine space. The luxury penthouse is one minute walk from Boulevard Haussmann and only a few minutes walk from the most exquisite Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris. Fabulous shopping (grands magasins, rue du faubourg St Honoré), parks, theatres and museums are all waiting to be discovered close at hand.
