Atlantic Chateau, is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath house on Cruikshank Island. Cruikshank Island is a peaceful private island off East Caribbean Drive, Summerland Key Florida only a 20 minute drive to Key West for a night on the town.
Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets in the evening while relaxing on the porch where the tropical breezes flow through or relax by the new pool & spa. The house is tastefully furnished for your comfort. Spacious kitchen to cook your lobsters and fish.

My name is Brian.I live with my wife Marion and my daughter Rachel in Brighton in England. We visit the Keys for 2-3 months each year and love the quirkiness of the place,the outdoor lifestyle and the 60's rock music on the local radio stations. Its like travelling back in time visiting the Keys.
Why they chose this property
We purchased this property after a spending some time in Marathon doing a PADI dive course at Hall's in Marathon.We were looking for a concrete frame property on a double lot with easy access to the ocean,low maintenance garden. We had seen the damage caused by hurricanes and chose a property one row back from the seafront. This ticked all the boxes
What makes this property unique
Beautiful Location. Beautiful Pool and Spa.Easy access to the Ocean no motoring long distances up canals to get out to the Ocean.Double lot with lots of space. Everybody finds a favourite spot in the garden be it sun or shade. My favourite spot is beneath the Coconut Palm near the Spa. It feels cool even in the middle of Summer.The fishing is fantastic in the Atlantic or in the Gulf of Mexico. There are plenty of wrecks directly off Summerland Key or you can troll the many patch reefs.
