This fully furnished 3/2 is the perfect vacation getaway. It is conveniently located between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing. This home has a spacious floor plan with a large fully equipped kitchen.

The private lanai is the ideal place to relax while planning your next round of golf. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, double sink area with a large walk in closet and a tiled walk in shower. The two additional guest bedrooms each feature a queen sized bed. There is a complimentary 2 person golf cart available.

With your temporary resident ID you will have access to over 50 golf courses and over 100 recreation centers, including 2 pools within walking distance. Your evenings will be filled with live music, great food, car shows, and markets at one of the near by squares.

This home does not allow pets. A copy of your ID will be required upon booking which must match the name on the credit card. Please note, for guest safety this home has 3 exterior cameras (driveway, front door, back door).

Quiet, clean, charming and convenient

We stayed for a week and enjoyed our stay. The location for all that we do is very convenient. The home is clean and comfortable with a floor plan that works great when sharing with family or friends. Michelle was great to work with.

My sons, their wives and myself spent Thanksgiving in The Villages with my parents. The home was perfect for all of us and we enjoyed an amazing week together! We loved the home and will most likely be back. Thanks!

A lovely, sun-filled modern home that has a fabulous, well-stocked kitchen, a huge lanai and comfy living room area. The master bedroom and huge walk-in bathroom, closet and waterfall shower are epic. There's even a second full fridge/freezor in the garage. The neighborhood is lovely, and the house backs onto a empty field so lots of privacy. We went with our two married adult children for Thanksgiving while visiting my mother-in-law in the Villages. The nearby Chula Vista rec center has great pickleball courts, pool, bocce, shuffleboard, cornhole and volleyball. The house comes with a golf cart- you just need to leave it refilled with gas. The only drawback: one of the bedrooms has walls that do not reach fully to the ceilling- so any noise from the main living area drifts in. But overall, an AMAZING stay and one we would happily go back to!
