The Salt House has an easy, laid back feel. When you're sitting on the front screened-in porch listening to the ocean, you let go of all your cares and enjoy the relaxed Folly atmosphere.

We bought this beach house to have a relaxing place to enjoy with friends and family. It is spacious yet cozy, five bedrooms and four bathrooms on two levels. We are one row of houses off the beach with two beach access points (two houses down) in either direction.

The Salt House is perfect for large families, a couple of families or a group of friends.

Nicely decorated beach house with character. House was very clean, spacious, with comfortable beds. A lovely screened-in porch with a large dining table where we enjoyed dining & drinking coffee in the mornings. Downstairs accomadations were perfect for the younger adults. Very close walk to the beach. Jes was a great host to work with.

We stayed at The Salt House for a long weekend for a girls weekend ranging from 22 to 86 years old! There were 8 of us total and we had an absolute blast. The house was perfect in terms of size and the multiple bathrooms really made getting ready easy with all women. When we arrived it was spotless with all clean white linens. It is directly across from the beach and a very short golf cart ride to the main drag. The front porch was great to play games and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The beach chairs came in handy so we didn't have to rent them. Jes was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions. One of our guests forgot their phone and Jes went out the next day to get it and have it shipped overnight which was so incredibly kind. Highly recommend staying here!
