322 West Ashley Avenue is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath home with ocean views located just three blocks from the excitement and activity of the Center Street restaurants and shops and directly across the street from the beach access. Free Wifi and beach equipment provided! The fully-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas range, and the open concept to the dining and living area makes it a great place to gather with family and friends. There are two bedrooms downstairs with a full bathroom and three bedrooms upstairs with two full baths.

Great stay right on the beach!

Beautiful property with direct beach access! Great place for a large group of friends and a short walk from the restaurants and bars on the Main Street!

Great stay for my sister’s bachelorette party!

A group of 9 of us stayed here for our sister’s bachelorette party and we had a great time! It’s a fantastic location, just steps from the beach and a 10 minute walk to the main area where most of the restaurants and shops are. The house was clean and comfortable and has plenty of parking. We’re so glad we stayed here!

Great location and host!

This terrific home is just steps from the beach. Couldn’t ask for a better location without paying beach front rates! Spacious home with well appointed bedrooms and an attentive host who is responsive and clearly wants to make sure you enjoy your stay. Enjoyed being just 2.5 blocks from Center St too. Being able to walk to dinner and morning coffee, but not feel like we were in a congested area was super nice!

Lovely Beach Getaway

The house was perfect for our family, the oyster roast and shrimp boil. Plenty of room for the caterers to set up and serve.

Best Place to stay in Folly Beach

Ron's house is wonderful - so spacious, clean, comfortable and within walking distance of the beautiful beach and lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. We had a wonderful week long stay while celebrating our daughter's wedding. Jessica who manages the property was so responsive and accommodating. This is truly a gem!

Wonderful House, Great Location!

Wonderful, clean house! Across the street from the beach, an easy walk or quick drive to the restaurants and shops on Center Street, supermarket is about 10 minutes away and about a half hour to Charleston. Our family had a great week! Highly recommended!

Perfect location and great house!

We’ve been to Folly many times over the last 20 years and this house was definitely a winner for our family. Great location—right across the street from beach access and walkable to town. House was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Beach weekend

We had a stay-cation with some friends and their teenagers. This is a perfect beach house. Spacious bedrooms, open and comfortable living space, large yard, easy access to beach. The owners are laid back and easy to communicate with. We had a great stay and would rent this property again.

I grew up in Charleston and my grandson is the 4th generation born here. I grew up on James Island and started surfing at 15 and I am still surfing in my 60's! My wife Libby is from Georgetown, SC so she is a southern belle and rings joy in my life everyday!

Why they chose this property

This property is beautiful, well maintained and lives well. It is on second row so you have a good view of the ocean form our balconies and is a very short walk to the beach and the center of town.

What makes this property unique

This house has 5 comfortable bedrooms so large families or groups can stay and enjoy both time together and privacy too.
We have parking on West Ashely Ave and on Cooper Ave behind the property with 7 parking places so everyone should have a parking spot!
