Rental agreement is required with ID verification.
Pet Policy: This property is pet-friendly by approval only. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted with payment of a $50 pet fee per stay. All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. Pets must be house-trained and properly supervised at all times. Pets may not be left unattended inside the property unless securely crated. Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Guests are fully responsible for any damages, additional cleaning, pest treatment, or violations resulting from pets.

This is our second time staying here. We love how close to campus it is. We also love the fact that it’s dog friendly. It’s super cute, super clean, and the host is extremely responsive. We’ll be staying again in the future.

Great value for the space. The building and the entryway/stairs are very industrial, but the unit itself is just as pictured, clean and comfortable. Quiet building, although the surrounding streets were a bit noisy. (Not surprising right across from SIU.) It's the perfect location if you're visiting campus.

Great location for SIU events

We were in town for a swim meet at SIU and this was perfect. Right across the street from campus. Property was clean, and the host communicated well. Would definitely stay here again.
