Our stay in Hope was truly one of the highlights of our entire Alaska trip. There is something incredibly special about this little town, and we absolutely fell in love with it.The peaceful surroundings, the mountains, the scenery and the quiet beauty were exactly what we hoped Alaska would feel like. We found ourselves wishing we had more time here because we simply weren’t ready to leave. Our stay was comfortable and gave us the perfect place to slow down, relax and really enjoy where we were. Hope is one of those places that stays with you long after you leave, and it definitely did that for us.We came to Alaska hoping to experience places we would never forget, and Hope became one of them. If we are fortunate enough to return to Alaska, we would absolutely come back.
We came down for the weekend for a rafting trip. We were not expecting this amazing little community with very friendly staff a cafe with delicious food and drinks. The cabin was clean and cozy and we got to fall asleep to the sound of a bubbling stream. Perfection!
