Located oceanfront, this two bedroom, two bath condominium offers the best views and the best in accommodations! The deck runs the width of the home and features comfortable, high quality deck furniture. The view of the Shipwatch pool complex (the best in Wild Dunes), the beach observation tower, and the mighty Atlantic are unforgettable sights! Shipwatch also enjoys one of the widest beaches on the Island.

The interior of 309 B Shipwatch is just as wonderful as the views. Professionally decorated and designed, the living area provides the perfect oasis after a day in the sun, sand, and surf. The kitchen is smartly designed featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and tile flooring. Each bedroom features a king bed and a private bath, making them perfect for two couples or a small family. The bathrooms have been upgraded and are simply wonderful. The living area provides additional bedding with a sleeper sofa.

Shipwatch at Wild Dunes is a terrific condominium community and one of the best maintained at the Resort. The most desirable amenity at Shipwatch is the swimming complex. Featuring one of the largest pools on the island, a children’s pool and travertine tile surface, the Shipwatch swimming complex is fantastic. Other features offered at Shipwatch include a beach gazebo with an observation deck, complimentary Wi-Fi service, manicured lawns, and one of only two playgrounds featured within Wild Dunes. Only while staying at Shipwatch can your children swing or play on a teeter totter as you look out towards the Atlantic.

- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- A sleeper sofa is available in the living room as an additional sleeping option.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool pass for Shipwatch pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Golf carts are not allowed at this complex.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Shipwatch pool and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

- There are 2 parking spaces available. Parking in Shipwatch is first come first serve.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
