What a special place! The cottage was perfect and the setting is amazing. My mom lives a few miles away and was amazed that a place this beautiful could be just down the road. The cottage was very clean and had many amenities. Loved this place and recommend it to anyone. The only drawback for us was the extreme cold not allowing us to enjoy the outdoors. We would have loved to sit outside to enjoy the falls more.

There is no need for you to bring anything except the clothes you’re going to wear and the food you will eat. The cabin was so cozy and the waterfall(s) was an extra bonus. We can’t wait to go back.

This cottage is a gem. If you want a peaceful stay in a magical place, this is it. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this by far was the best. The terrific hosts round out a guaranteed great stay.

Little Falls Cottage was the exact winter getaway we needed from Florida. A halfway frozen waterfall with cozy amenities and plenty of board games and snacks to hold us ober, it was well worth our time. Highly recommend for those wanting to reconnect with the natural world while enjoying a serenve environment and lovely cottage living.

What an amazing, adorable little cottage. They have thought of everything!! From the kind notes left, snacks, TV, Wifi, cute living room, a kitchen that has everything , a large bathroom and the water pressure!! The entire cottage was so incredibly clean, refreshing and so sweetly private. The outdoos traiks, ponds, waterfall and bridge were perfect for pre-wedding photos too. This lovely sweet place will not disappoint, and the owners followup was perfect. I will stay again when back in this area for sure.

Relaxing Secluded Getaway

We really enjoyed our time at the Little Falls Cottage. Listening to the sounds of the babbling brook right outside was very peaceful, and we had a lot of fun exploring the hiking trails on the property. The cottage was very cozy and had everything the two of us needed. The hosts were also very responsive and accommodating. We hope to be back!

Storybook!

Words cannot even describe how beauty this little cottage is. It feels like you are sitting in the center of a storybook. The property owners were wonderful and very helpful through the whole stay. Our family enjoyed all the goodies that were left. The property was clean and well equipped with all the things we needed to have meals together through the stay which was super helpful. So much outdoor space available for use and exploring. Thank you all for such an amazing stay and wonderful memories!

Perfect, Relaxing Getaway

Little Falls Cottage was the perfect getaway from busy city life. The cottage is so sweet and cozy and we were greeted with a snack basket and freshly baked scones that were DELICIOUS. We got to explore some of the trails around the property and just enjoy the pond. Sadly, the waterfall wasn't flowing, but that's nothing a human can control. I would definitely like to stay here again!

Wow! We were only here for two nights and wish we could have stayed for the week. This was the perfect getaway for our little family to celebrate personal milestones. We were greeted with a care package full of yummy treats and immediately fell in love with the peace of nature all around. We took advantage of one of the trails one morning and loved exploring. We are already talking about going back another time. Kitchen has everything you need, shower was amazing and beds comfy.Thank you Pete and Cathy for making the cottage so cozy and inviting. We loved all of the decor and details too!

A Perfect Escape

My stay at Little Falls Cottage in the Adirondack mountains was absolutely perfect. The cottage itself is charming and cozy, providing the ideal balance of comfort and rustic charm. The surrounding grounds are meticulously maintained, featuring marked trails that are great for a peaceful walk or a hike through nature. There’s a picturesque pond and several lovely seating areas where you can relax and take in the beauty of the outdoors. The location is fantastic—close to Lake George and not far from the Vermont border, making it easy to explore both areas during your stay. One of the highlights was the lightly babbling stream and waterfall, which added a soothing ambiance to the experience. The sights and sounds of nature made this stay an unforgettable retreat.
