Affordable Beach Front Condo

Located on the second floor of a 3 story complex (60 units total), the condo has a great view of the pool area and Atlantic Ocean from both the bedroom & living room. A private balcony can be a great place to breakfast while reading the paper. The beach is only a short walk through the pool area (laundry facilities are here). You don't have to cross a parking lot to access miles of white sandy beach. Across the street on the Intracoastal Waterway, is the boat ramp/fishing dock. Here you can enjoy some great views of the sunset.

Crescent Beach gem!

Loved our time at this property. Condo was beautifully decorated, clean, safe and close to amenities. Husband especially liked access to the fishing dock. Would love to stay at this location again. Hope to be back soon!

Great place on the beach!

We love coming down to St. Augustine/ Crescent Beach. This was our first time staying at this condo and it probably won't be our last. Was such a great place! Very clean and comfortable. Just steps from the beach. Definitely recommend.

Great beach, out dated furniture/bed

The beach was amazing but the condo is an older building, some nice updates but the old wicker furniture, sofas, chairs had an odd smell like musty and the bed was very uncomfortable/ lumpy. Not really close to any good restaurants.

This condo is awesome for its size we loved it and would definitely recommend it. The kitchen layout is great the king bed is very comfortable. The beach never was that crowded and its a short walk to the pool.

We really liked the location of the condo as well as the views. The condo was very spacious, and the rooms were very nice and bright. We just loved the kitchen. We had family in the same complex so it was such a fun time.

A little slice of heaven

This was our 2nd stay in the last 6 months. The condo is clean and well maintained. It’s quiet, which is nice because you can hear the sound of the waves when you’re sitting on the deck where we enjoyed morning coffee and lunch.

I loved staying here! Even on Labor Day weekend, it was so quiet and calm. The condo has a beautiful beach view. The beach is so clean and quiet. It's 20 minutes from town. And had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great Experience

The condo is the perfect place to relax. The decor is soothing and the cleanliness is excellent. The only downside is the water pressure in the shower. But we would still stay again.

Condo was as advertised. Nicely appointed and decorated. Kitchen was fully equipped. Owner was extremely responsive when i had to contact him with a minor problem. Definitely will book the unit again.

Atlantic peacefulness

The condo overlooked the ocean and also was right across from the intercoastal waterway where there was a fishing peir. Watching the sun come up over the ocean and then walking over to the peir to see the sun set was very restful. I could almost feel my zen inproving. Then I remembered that I am not Robert Pirsig. The interior was clean and up-to-date. 10 out of 10.

Peaceful and quiet

As always we enjoyed our stay at Jim & Sandy's condo at Tradewinds on Crescent Beach. We appreciated some of the new decor that's been added since we last stayed & as always the condo was sparkling clean, everything was in good working order & we have never experienced any trouble accessing the condo & feel very safe and secure while staying there. If you're looking for a place to totally relax that is near some great restaurants this is the place. It's only a 10 minute drive to St Augustine if you want to sightsee or visit the many attractions. Thanks again Jim & Sandy. We'll be back soon!

Great Beach

We had the beach almost to ourselves. And the beach was a very short walk from where we stayed. The condo was clean and nicely appointed with what looked like tecently remodeled. Nicely decorated with at the beach theme. The view to the pool and Cresent Beach can be seen from the deck and sliding glass doors. Only improvement we would suggest is to provide a couple of beach chairs would be nice. My wife noted no spices what so ever for cooking. Not even salt & pepper to cook with in that beautiful kitchen. Other than that no big disappointments and we would definitely come back again. Loved the easy access to the beach.

Great beach stay!

Just a short walk and you are on the beach… the condo has a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked for making meals, bed is very comfortable and the place is very quiet. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It’s a great place to stay for concerts at the outdoor amphitheater and St Augustine historic district is easily accessible, but far enough away to just relax. The hosts are quick to respond if you have any questions. Highly recommend!

Perfect Vacation Getaway

When I was 29 and my daughter was 9, she and I took a girls' trip to St. Augustine. We had so much fun and great memories from it that we've been wanting for years to go again and take her daughter with us. We finally made the trip, 3 generations, 66, 46, and 12, and couldn't have picked a better place to stay for it. We had all the amenities we needed, a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony, and distance from the crowd, but close enough to visit all the sightseeing places we wanted to. Also close enough to eat at a variety of restaurants, yet enough amenities in the condo to cook anything we ventured to cook. Owner was very nice to deal with. Hope to go there again some day.

Favorite place

We always enjoy our stay at this unit. It had been a few years since our last visit and there had been a few changes. The kitchen renovation and wood accents on the ceiling are beautiful. Very comfortable bed. Everything you need for a great vacation. Can’t wait to go back.
